-Arrive in vibrant Lima, Peru's bustling capital city perched along the Pacific coast. Meet your group at the airport, and transfer to your hotel.
-After settling in, enjoy a free evening exploring Miraflores, a district famed for its seaside cliffs, contemporary art galleries, bustling parks, and lively atmosphere. Do some shopping, grab some food, and see where the night takes you.

Day 2 · October 7, 2025

From Paracas to Ica: Ocean adventures and desert thrills

-We're leaving the city and heading to Paracas for an exciting boat tour around the Ballestas Islands. Known as Peru's Little Galápagos, this area is home to diverse marine wildlife including sea lions, penguins, and myriad bird species.
-Afterward, delve into Peru's celebrated beverage culture with a guided wine and pisco tasting at a local vineyard.
-Head to Huacachina, an enchanting desert oasis, for thrilling sandboarding and dune buggy rides among towering dunes – a true adrenaline-pumping highlight.
-Return to the city where you can rest, relax, or keep exploring.

Day 3 · October 8, 2025

Cusco: Home of the ancient Inca Empire 

-Say goodbye to Lima and hello to Peru's ancient capital city, perched at over 11,000 feet! Today, we're flying into Cusco, nestled high in the Andes mountains.
-After getting settled at the hotel, embark on an immersive city tour, visiting landmarks like the Cusco Cathedral, the Santo Domingo Convent built upon the Incan temple Koricancha, and the impressive archaeological sites of Sacsayhuaman, Kenko, Puka Pukara, and Tambomachay. Wander through the vibrant San Pedro Market, and explore the artisan neighborhood of San Blas, rich in artistic heritage.
-The night is yours to continue exploring. Don't sleep on Cusco's food scene!

Day 4 · October 9, 2025

Sweet home Sacred Valley

-Journey into the stunning Sacred Valley, beginning with the ruins of Pisac, renowned for their intricate terraces and strategic fortifications. Explore Pisac's vibrant market, filled with local crafts and colorful textiles – the perfect place to grab a souvenir (or three).
-Continue to Ollantaytambo, a living Incan town and archaeological site, where you can explore the hillside ruins, fountains, and town below.
-Take the scenic PeruRail Expedition train to Aguas Calientes – the gateway to Machu Picchu. Here, we'll spend the night and rest up for the epic adventure that awaits tomorrow.

Day 5 · October 10, 2025

Machu Picchu visit - check!

-Rise early for your unforgettable visit to Machu Picchu, the iconic Lost City of the Incas. A knowledgeable guide will bring this UNESCO World Heritage Site to life, revealing its architectural genius, historical significance, and spiritual atmosphere set against breathtaking mountain vistas.
-Return by train to Ollantaytambo, where a transfer will take you back to your accommodation in Cusco. Use your free night to relax and unwind.

Day 6 · October 11, 2025

The colors of the Andes 

-Set out on a vibrant hike to the spectacular Rainbow Mountain (Vinicunca), famous for its naturally striped colors formed by mineral deposits. The trek is a tough one, but we promise – it's worth it!
-Continue your journey into the strikingly beautiful Red Valley, an equally impressive geological marvel. Absorb the dramatic landscapes and authentic local culture along this unforgettable trek through the Peruvian highlands.
-Return to the city for one final night in Peru. Make it count!

Day 7 · October 12, 2025

Saying goodbye to Peru and new friends

-Rise and shine to one last breakfast in Cusco then pack up.
-Take your group transfer to the airport and start saying your goodbyes.
-Conclude your Peruvian adventure with a flight from Cusco back to Lima, carrying home memories of cultural discoveries, breathtaking landscapes, and thrilling adventures that will last a lifetime.
